Active high host RTC battery disconnect. This signal is active high and when transisions from GND to 3.3v it grounds the RTC power input to the main processor via an N-channel MOSFET. This transistor MUST be connected after the safety 1K ohm between the battery and the RTC power input.Host graceful shutdown
