Download the image from : up to date UEFI github
Mount the .ISO file ( if you download a binary from a different source skip this step)
Find the -Shell github the ISO file UEFI-Shell…RELEASE.iso
Extract the file efi\boot\bootx64.efi file and rename it to (uppercase important):
BOOTX64.efi
BOOTX64.efi (note capitalization)
Format a USB drive to FAT32
On the USB drive create the followinf path (uppercase important /EFI/BOOT (note capitalization):
/EFI/BOOTCopy the BOOTX64the BOOTX64.efi file to /EFI/BOOT on your the USB drive
