Download the EFI shell binary image from: up to date UEFI github
Mount the .ISO file ( if you download a binary from a different source skip this step)
Find the bootx64.efi file and rename it to (uppercase important):
BOOTX64.efi
Format a USB drive to FAT32
On the USB drive create the followinf path (uppercase important):
/EFI/BOOT
Copy the BOOTX64.efi file to /EFI/BOOT on your USB drive
